Private sector employees should receive K-15s by the end of this year.
Namely, this amount is different each year, as it is determined depending on the amount of the average net and gross salary per employee in the last three months of payment.
The minimum amount can be 40% of the average net wage, and the maximum amount is about 40% of the average gross wage.
Conditions are for employees to be in the same company for at least six months of this year. According to the data, this year’s payment for K-15 will reach from 10,956 to 16,349 denars.
The deadline for submitting the K-15 is December 31st.
